Artwork
Do I need finished artwork?
No. A sketch, photo of an existing patch or a description is enough to get started. Our designers prepare production-ready artwork and send you a proof.
What file types can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS files. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the best results, especially for PVC and woven patches.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every new design gets a digital proof showing colors, size, border and backing. Production starts only after you approve it.
Can you reproduce official badges, seals or insignia?
Only for customers who have permission to use them. We are an independent manufacturer and are not affiliated with any military branch, agency or department. Please confirm you are authorized when you request a quote.

Ordering
What is the minimum order for custom patches?
Our minimum is 10 patches per design. Larger quantities lower the price per patch because setup costs are shared across the run.
How do I get a price for my patches?
Use our quote form. Tell us the size, quantity, patch style and backing, and upload your artwork if you have it. We'll reply with pricing and recommendations.
Can I order patches with different names or numbers?
Yes. Name and number variations of the same design can be produced in one order. Send us a list of names or numbers with your request.

Do you store my card details?
No. We never store credit or debit card numbers on our website.

Production
Which patch type should I choose?
It depends on your design and use. Embroidered patches have a classic texture, woven patches capture fine detail, PVC is waterproof, chenille has a varsity look, and printed or sublimated patches reproduce photos. See our patch types or ask us for a recommendation.
What backing options do you offer?
Iron-on, adhesive, sew-on, hook-and-loop and no backing. Sew-on is the most permanent; hook-and-loop lets you swap patches; iron-on is quick to apply.
What border options are available?
Merrowed (a classic overlocked edge), hot-cut, laser-cut and custom-shaped borders. Merrowed borders suit simple shapes; laser-cut and hot-cut borders follow complex outlines.

How long does it take to receive my patches?
Delivery time depends on the patch type, quantity and complexity, plus shipping. Your quote includes an estimate. If you have a deadline, enter it in the quote form so we can plan around it.
