This Privacy Policy explains how The Embroidered Patch ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or request a quote.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, state and country, ZIP code, project details and any files you upload (such as artwork and reference images).

Information collected automatically. We record the page you submitted a form from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) so we understand how customers find us. We count page views in aggregate without using cookies. We store a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.

Optional analytics and advertising cookies. If enabled, we use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our website.

How we use information

  • To prepare quotes, proofs and orders and communicate with you about them
  • To respond to questions and provide customer support
  • To improve our website and understand which pages are useful
  • To prevent fraud, spam and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Your artwork

Artwork and reference files you upload are stored securely and are accessible only to our team. We use your artwork solely to quote and produce your orders.

Payment information

We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our website. If payments are processed online, they are handled by a third-party payment processor under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as email delivery, file storage and hosting), with shipping carriers to deliver your order, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to support reorders and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when it was last changed.
