How ordering custom patches works

1. Send us your idea

Use our quote form to share your artwork, size, quantity and backing. Don't have finished artwork? Upload a sketch, a photo of an existing patch or describe what you have in mind. Accepted files include PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS.

Helpful details to include:

• Where the patch will be worn (uniform sleeve, hat, vest, backpack)
• Approximate size in inches
• Quantity per design (minimum 10)
• Your preferred patch style, if you have one
• Your deadline

2. Receive your free quote

Our team reviews your request and sends a detailed quote, usually within one business day. We'll recommend the best patch type, border and backing for your design and explain any setup, digitizing or mold fees.

3. Approve your digital proof

Once you approve the quote, our designers prepare a digital proof showing your patch at actual proportions with thread or material colors, border and backing called out. You can request revisions until it's right. Production doesn't start until you approve the proof.

4. Production

Your patches are digitized, stitched, woven, molded or printed, then trimmed, backed and inspected. Production time depends on the patch style, quantity and complexity — your quote will include an estimate.

5. Shipping and delivery

Patches ship to your address anywhere in the United States, with tracking. If you have an event date, tell us when you request your quote so we can plan around it.

Reordering

We keep your artwork and production files on record. To reorder, just reply to your previous quote email or submit a new request with your reference number, and we'll produce a matching batch.
