Recommended sizes & shapes
Chest logo patches are typically 2.5 to 3.5 inches wide. Sleeve patches are 2–3 inches, and back logo patches for jackets 8–10 inches. Rectangles and custom logo-shaped borders are common.
Durability
Work uniforms are washed often, sometimes industrially. Polyester thread and sewn attachment provide the longest life; heat-applied backing suits fast in-house decoration.
Design considerations
Provide vector logos and Pantone references. Small taglines may need to be removed or produced as woven patches. Consider a one-color version for dark garments.
