Motorcycle Clubs & Riders
Custom Motorcycle Club Patches, Rockers and Colors
Motorcycle clubs, riding associations, charity riding groups and riding chapters all use patches to identify members. A typical set includes:
- Center patch with the club's logo (usually 8–12 inches)
- Top rocker with the club name
- Bottom rocker with the territory, city or chapter
- MC or side tabs
- Front chest patches with the club name or logo
- Member, officer and achievement patches such as road captain, president, secretary and mileage awards
We make sure each piece of a set uses matched thread colors and border colors, and that rockers are curved to fit the center patch precisely.
Respecting club protocols
Riding communities have established customs about who wears which patches. We produce designs for clubs and riding groups that own their artwork; we do not reproduce another club's colors or trademarks.
Built for the road
Wind, rain and sun are hard on vests. Embroidered patches with 100% coverage, merrowed borders and sew-on backing are the standard for leather and denim.
Common patch applications
- Center patches for vest backs
- Top and bottom rockers
- MC tabs and front chest patches
- Officer and member patches
- Charity ride patches
Recommended sizes & shapes
Center patches usually measure 8 to 12 inches. Rockers are typically 12 to 14 inches wide and 3 to 4 inches tall, curved to frame the center. Front chest patches are 3–4 inches, and officer tabs about 1 × 4 inches.
Durability
Use 100% embroidery with polyester thread for colorfast patches that stand up to sun and rain. Sew patches onto leather with a heavy-duty machine or have a leather shop attach them.
Design considerations
Plan the full set together so rockers, center patch and tabs share colors and lettering style. Bold block lettering reads well at highway speed. Make sure your club owns its artwork.

FAQ
Motorcycle Club Patches FAQs
Can you make curved rockers that match our center patch?
Yes. We design rockers to the exact curve and width of your center patch, with matched thread and border colors.
What backing should we use on leather vests?
Sew-on is the standard and most durable option for leather. A leather shop or tailor with a heavy-duty machine can attach large patches cleanly.
Can you reproduce another club's patch?
No. We only produce patches for clubs and riders who own the artwork or have permission to use it.
